Join co-director, Taylor, for a 5 week series of contemporary dance! Taylor will lead dancers safely though some of her favorite floor moves as well as some guided creative movement. Each class will have a progressive warmup to prepare your body for the combo that we will build over 5 weeks.
What to wear: we recommend that dancers wear comfortable clothes that include pants that cover your legs. Socks are also encouraged but are not required. Knee pads will be available for added safety and bravery.
