Joyful Joints
Joyful Joints is a 60 min GYROKINESIS® class focused on unfurling locked energy in your joints. Classes utilize stools, yoga mats and other accessories in order to gain greater fluidity.
These classes can be adapted to fit anyone's ability. People from all walks of life use methods found in Joyful Joints, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability. By the end of this movement session, one's entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Focusing on the breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity.
Walking away from this class you will feel reawakened for the work day or wherever your day leads you.

Open Level Ballet
Join us for an open level ballet class. Some dance experience is encouraged but not required. Ballet slippers, socks, and pointe shoes are all welcome. Dancers can wear close fitting athletic attire, or their favorite tights and leotard. This class is perfect for dancers looking to get back into ballet.

Joyful Joints
Joyful Joints is a 60 min GYROKINESIS® class focused on unfurling locked energy in your joints. Classes utilize stools, yoga mats and other accessories in order to gain greater fluidity.
These classes can be adapted to fit anyone's ability. People from all walks of life use methods found in Joyful Joints, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability. By the end of this movement session, one's entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Focusing on the breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity.
Walking away from this class you will feel reawakened for the work day or wherever your day leads you.

Mid-Day Flow
Join us for a gentle but challenging contemporary class dancers are given a mix of explorative improv and a building combination. Dancers should wear comfortable clothes that allow them to move freely, footwear should be socks or barefoot.

Contemporary
Join us for contemporary class. This class usually has floor work, so full length pants are encouraged!

Intermediate Ballet
Join us for a fun beginner to intermediate level ballet class. Often paired with fun music, this class will help stretch your foundational ballet vocabulary and give you new skills to chew on. We recommend close fitting athletic attire for this class so that we can assist in proper alignment. Socks are welcome but ballet shoes are preferred.

Meditative Movement
Join CJ Wade for this chill and healing ‘Dance Bite!” This class will focus on dance movement as a form of self care. Dancers should wear comfortable clothes they can freely move in. Foot wear can be sock, bare, ballet, or jazz shoes.
